User Image Upload & Responsibility Agreement

1. Ownership and Rights

You affirm that you are the rightful owner of the image(s) you upload, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or rights from the original owner(s) to use and submit these images for processing within the Creatify application.

2. Responsibility for Content

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you upload. Creatify does not assume any responsibility or liability for any image(s) uploaded by users. Any misuse, including but not limited to uploading images without proper rights, is the sole responsibility of the User.

3. Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload any images that contain illegal, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content, including but not limited to:

1. Pornographic or sexually explicit material
2. Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
3. Content involving criminal activity or violating any applicable laws
4. Non-consensual imagery or deepfakes

Users are fully liable for any legal consequences arising from the upload of such content.

4. Use of Images of Minors

If any image(s) include identifiable children (individuals under the age of 18), you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) depicted, or that you have obtained explicit permission from the parent or legal guardian to upload and process the image(s) on Creatify. Uploading such content without proper consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Advertising and Promotions

The Service may feature ads that could direct you to websites operated by third parties. We neither endorse nor assume responsibility for these third-party ads, websites, products, or services, as they are outside our jurisdiction. Your interactions with advertisers on the Service are strictly between you and those advertisers. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any potential losses or claims you may have in connection with an advertiser. Furthermore, you understand that your use of the Service may contribute to our earnings, enhance our reputation, or boost our overall value through advertising sales, and you are not entitled to any portion of such income or increased value.

5. Content Review and Removal

Creatify reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or block access to any image(s) that are found to be in violation of this agreement, applicable laws, or community standards.
